number of heads can be increased) .Only 1 of the 4 heads chucks to the power unit.Even though the total weight of the heads way be a lot the load on the feed unit is not unreasonable moves forward and backward on the feed unit at one. .The final positioning is accomplished by 2 locating pins on the power unit,because of the accuracy of the index head has no effect on accuracy of the machining. .The multi spindle heads can be easily removed from the back part of the AHC(Auto matic head changer) the number of heads can be increased to 7 or more. |

Also a tool check is done at the end of each cycle.
